What is the charge for extra items for rental properties and bag service customers?
View the price list for extra items on the Kimble-Extra Items List (PDF). Call the Billing Office at 330-823-3126 by 1:00pm the day before pickup to notify of extra bulky items.
Will my pickup day change?
No, your pickup day of the week will not change.
When will trash be added to my water bill?
Beginning July 1st, 2017, you will be billed for trash pickup service on your water bill.
How is trash service billed?
You will be billed for the current month of trash service.
When will I receive my trash bill each month?
You will be billed at the beginning of each month for trash service in that month. Trash charges will be listed on your monthly water bill.
When will my bill be due?
Your trash bill will be due at the same time as your monthly water bill, on or around the 20th of each month for that month's service.
Will a wheeled cart be provided?
Yes. All residents will be provided two carts, a 95-gallon refuse cart and a 65-gallon recycle cart. All carts will have an identification system incorporated into them. All carts are to remain at the property to which they are assigned.
Can I use the recycle cart for trash?
Recycle carts cannot be used for extra trash. Recycle carts containing refuse will not be emptied.
What happens if my cart(s) get damaged or lost?
Residents are responsible for lost or damaged carts. Kimble is responsible to maintain or replace all damaged/worn carts due to normal usage. Customers are responsible for the cart when it is demonstrable that the damage is not possible as a result of normal wear and tear.
How much can I put out for collection?
The quantity of solid waste shall be limited to a waste cart, a recycle cart, and up to 8 additional items per week.
How many bags can I put out for collection with the Bag Service?
A maximum of 8 bags may be placed out for pickup per week. If there are any additional items, or larger items, there are additional fees associated per item. Please contact the office for pricing after July 1.
Can I put a mattress out for pickup?
Yes. Upholstered solid waste must be properly wrapped before placing for collection. Properly wrapped will mean tightly wrapped in plastic or placed in a sealed plastic bag. Wrapped mattress example.
Can I put out trees and shrubs?
Yes. Bulk material shall be cut into 4 foot lengths and tied in 18 inch bundles, weighing not more than 50 pounds. Bulk material consists of brush, tree or shrub trimmings including Christmas tree, boards, fencing paneling, carpeting, etc. Bulk material of this nature shall collectively count as one item per bundle.
Can I put out larger items?
Yes. Please notify the Water Billing office at 330-823-3126 by 2:00 p.m. on the day before collection. All items must be made environmentally safe by the customer prior to collection.
Can I put tires out for pickup?
No. Service does not include hazardous materials or tires.
What can I recycle in my 65-gallon cart?

Does the Bag Service offered to seniors include recycling?
Yes. The Bag Service will also include a 65-gallon recycle cart.
How many Kimble Bags can I place at the curb if I have the Bag Service?
The limit is 8 bags per week.
During the Covid-19 Pandemic, how can I purchase Kimble Bags?
Call the Water Billing Office at 330-823-3126 and we will deliver your rolls of bags to you.
