  1. SEALED BIDS for the furnishing of necessary materials, labor, and construction of improvements indicated for the project known as: 2023 Street Paving Program will be received by the City of Alliance at the office of the Auditor, City Hall, 504 E. Main St., Alliance, Ohio 44601 until: 11:30 A.M., Local Time, Wednesday, April 19, 2023 and at 12:00 noon will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Administration Building at 504 E. Main St., Alliance, Ohio 44601.
  2. The contract documents, including plans and specification, can be obtained at the office of the Alliance City Engineer, 504 E. Main St., Alliance, Ohio 44601 for a non-refundable fee of $75.00 for each set.  An additional $10.00 will be charged to have the plans and specifications mailed.  Checks shall be made payable to the City of Alliance.
  3. The ODOT Construction and Materials Specifications (CMS) and the City of Alliance rules and regulations shall apply to all work to be done under this contract.

Sealed envelopes containing bids must be plainly marked with the name and address of the company you represent and be marked 2023 Street Paving Program.

The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities and to accept the bid considered lowest and best for the City.
