Owner, occupant, or person in control of any property shall be permitted to discharge, ignite or explode fireworks on said property during the specified holidays and times:
(1) July 4 (8 p.m. – 11:59 p.m.)
(2) Sunday immediately preceding Labor Day (8 p.m. – 11:59 p.m.)
(3) New Years Eve (8 p.m. – 11:59 p.m.)
(4) New Years Day (12 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.)
(5) Sunday immediately preceding Memorial Day (8 p.m. – 11:59 p.m.)
