A COViD-19 booster dose clinic will be held on Wednesday, December 15 at the Alliance Senior Citizens Center from 9-11 am. Moderna vaccine will be provided. We will also administer first and second doses if requested of Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccine. Registration is required by contacting our call center at 330-238-3133. Please do not call the health department or Senior Center.
