[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Phase 1B Vaccinations

In response to the State of Ohio moving to Phase 1B for COVID-19 vaccinations, the Alliance City Health Department will be conducting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on January 20, 2021 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Alliance Senior Citizens Center located at 602 W. Vine St.  This clinic is for those 80 years of age and older only.  The vaccine administered will be the Moderna vaccine.  Please call the Alliance Senior Center at 330-821-3348 to register for the clinic.  The vaccine is free of charge.  All individuals are required to wear a face covering and social distance at the clinic.   If you are not feeling well or have COVID-19 symptoms please refrain from coming to the clinic.  Additional clinics for Phase 1B age groups are scheduled for January 27 and February 3.  There is a limited supply of vaccine at this time throughout the State of Ohio and we will continue to offer clinics as we have adequate supply of vaccine.   Additional providers will be available to provide vaccine.  For individuals that may need transportation SARTA offers various services.  You can contact SARTA at 330-455-2292 Pro Line Service for additional information.
