During these unprecedented times there has been an increase of scammers attempting to retrieve personal information via phone, online avenues and even email.
If you receive a phone call from individuals pretending to be from a health department or any other type of agency and they begin to ask you for personal information, do not respond.
Instead, record their phone number and report it. See Checklist for Avoiding Scams
