Sealed bids will be received by the Alliance City Auditor, 504 East Main Street, Alliance, OH 44601, until 11:30 am local time on Friday, April 27, 2018 for furnishing materials for the Oyster Waterline for the City of Alliance.  At 12:00 noon on April 27, 2018, the bids will be opened and publicly read at the City Administration Building, 2nd floor Conference Room, 504 East Main Street for:
C909 PVCO Pipe and SDR35 Gravity Sewer Pipe

Each bid must be made on the form provided and must contain the names and addresses and e-mails of all parties interested.  As a security, if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a performance bond in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), made payable to the City of Alliance will be required.

Sealed envelopes containing such bids must be plainly marked as follows:
  1. "2018 Oyster Waterline Project"
  2. Name and the supply being bid
  3. Name and address of the company you represent.

The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities, and to accept the bid considered lowest and best for the City.
