Sealed bids will be received by the Alliance City Auditor, 504 East Main Street, Alliance, Ohio 44601, until 11:30 am local time on Friday, October 13, 2023, for the City of Alliance Water Distribution. At 12:00 noon on Friday, October 13, 2023, the bids will be opened and publicly read at the City Administration Building, 2nd floor Conference Room, 504 East Main Street for: 

City of Alliance Water Distribution Utility Body Supply and Installation Bid

Specifications for the Utility Body Supply and Installation Bid are available at the Water Distribution Plant, 1015 N. Walnut Street, Alliance, Ohio 44601, by calling 330-823-5216, or related o this bid posting.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as such in the lower left-hand corner with the words "City of Alliance Utility Body Supply and Installation Bid". The envelope should also bear on the outside the name of the bidder and his address.

Proposals must conform to all instructions and requirements set forth in the specifications and must be accompanied by all required documents and forms set forth in the specifications. 

The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid considered lowest and best for the City of Alliance.
