Specifications for the various materials and proposal forms are available at the Office of the Director of Public Safety & Service, 504 East Main Street, Alliance, Ohio 44601, by calling 330-821-3110, or by calling individual city departments or online attached to this bid posting.
Each bid must be made on the form provided and must contain the names and addresses and e-mails of all parties interested. As a security, if the bid is accepted
, a contract will be entered into and a performance bond
in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00), made payable to the City of Alliance will be required.
Sealed envelopes containing such bids must be plainly marked as follows:
- "2021 City Supplies
- Name of the supply being bid
- Name and address of the company you represent
The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities, and to accept the bid considered lowest and best for the City.
