Sealed bids will be received by the Alliance City Auditor, 504 East Main Street, Alliance, Ohio 44601 until 11:30 am, local time, on Friday, August 14th, 2020 and will be opened and publicly read at 12:00 noon at the City Administration Building 2nd Floor Conference Room, 504 East Main Street, Alliance, Ohio for:


Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as such in the lower left-hand corner with the words: "CITY OF ALLIANCE WATER TREATMENT PLANT ROOF REPLACEMENT".

The envelope should also bear on the outside the name of the bidder and his address.

Bids must conform to all instructions and requirements set forth in the specifications and must be accompanied by all required documents and forms set forth in the specifications.  Bidders are advised that a ten percent (10%) bond for the total price provided, drawn in favor of the City, will be required of the successful bidder upon entering into contract.

The Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid considered lowest and best for the City of Alliance.
