The Public Involvement/Public Education (P.I.P.E.) Committee meets throughout the year to share ideas, themes, costs, activities, etc. on stormwater. The EPA has mandated that the County must address the first two BMPs of the plan which are Public Education/Outreach and Public Involvement/Participation. The committee is comprised of cities, townships, villages, etc. that are addressing these BMP's. The public is encouraged to attend the meetings as well with comments and/or suggestions.
